Your questionnaire, routing and approved probes define the interview. Clarification, refusal and exception handling are reviewed with you during setup, so the conversation serves the study rather than the other way round.
ABOUT
Catilyst is a subsidiary of Voxworks, an Australian AI voice lab. We build AI voice interviewers for telephone survey research.
Talk to the teamTelephone research offers depth that a checkbox can’t, but it has always depended on rooms of interviewers. Catilyst keeps the method, computer-assisted telephone interviewing, and puts an AI voice on the line: interviews run in parallel, follow your questionnaire on every call and return structured data as they finish.
WHERE TO START
Your questionnaire, routing and approved probes define the interview. Clarification, refusal and exception handling are reviewed with you during setup, so the conversation serves the study rather than the other way round.
Voice, pacing, pronunciation and translated scripts are reviewed in a pilot before a campaign goes live. A demonstration shows how the system speaks; a pilot shows how it interviews your audience.
Introductions, consent wording, calling windows, exclusions and stopping rules are agreed for each study and market. Storage, access, retention, deletion and data location are discussed before a study is agreed.
Our research notes cover telephone methodology, response rates, survey modes and the evaluation of AI interviewers, with sources linked so you can check the claims.
